Teaser Trailer to the upcoming flick District 9. Plot revolves around aliens who are forced to land in South Africa, only to become refugees under the organization MNU (Multinational United). Segregation ensues, as the non-humans are cast out of the rest of society, and forced to follow strict rules. The goal of MNU is to gain from the aliens superior technology, as they are keeping the aliens captive until they learn all the can about their weapons systems and fuel usage. Pretty awesome premise and plot in general, and it’s even directed by Peter Jackson.

The movie also has a large viral following, as you can view the “reality” of it at http://d-9.com. In addition, you can read blog posts about the aliens and their reactions to being captives here.

I’m pumped.
